<p>A local anesthetic agent comprising, as an active constituent, an alkyl amine derivative having general formula (I) wherein A is a substituted or unsubstituted aryl or heteroaryl group; R?1 and R2¿ may be the same or different and are a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or the like; R?3 and R4¿ may be the same or different, and are a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or the like or form, together with a nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, a 5 to 7-membered, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic ring; with respect to R?5 and R6¿, one is a hydrogen atom and the other is a lower alkoxyl group, or they together form an oxo group or a lower alkylenedioxy group optionally substituted with a lower alkyl group; and n is 1 or 2.</p> |
