The antenna has two opposite lying antenna lines (6,7), two short circuited conductor loops (12,14) limited to high frequency with the same side ends (8,10) connected to the antenna lines. A flat antenna return conductor (16) is electromagnetically coupled to the conductor loops. A signal junction (18,20) is connected to each conductor loop. The first signal junction is connected with the high frequency screen (16), the second signal junction (20) is offset to the first junction and arranged on the conductor loop (12). The junction is located so a measurable antenna impedance is equal to a characteristic impedance of a signal line (22) connectable at that point. The antenna lines and conductor loops are arranged on a first cylinder barrel surface (4). The antenna return conductor (16) is arranged on a second cylinder barrel surface. Alternatively the second junction is fixed to the conductor loop (12) so the measurable impedance on medium load of the antenna is the same as the characteristic impedance of the signal line connectable at that point.
