<p>A pickling device, wherein a pickling tank main body (11) is divided into first and second tanks (13 and 14) through a partition (12), the first and second tanks (13 and 14) are filled with acid liquids L1 and L2 of different concentrations, respectively, a cover (15) is attached onto the top thereof, and immersed guide rolls (25a to 25d and 26a to 26d) are installed on the cover (15), whereas skids (31a to 31e and 32a to 32d) are installed on the bottom surfaces of the fist and second tanks (13 and 14) through support blocks (27a to 27e and 28a to 28d), respectively, and liquid seals (22) having cushion nozzles (38) which inject acid liquids (L1 and L2) against the surface of a running band steel plate (S) are installed over the partition (12) located between the first and second tanks (13 and 14).</p> |
