The facade lift has a lift arm (5) fixed to the crane beam by rotary links (7,8) with a horizontal axis. The lift arm has a pivot drive (9) to actuate it on the base (3). The beam has a second drive (10) to pivot it around the axis of the link which pivots on the lift arm.
