PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance working efficiency by automatizing human power work as of slinging, moving, and installating concrete block. SOLUTION: Slinging arms 11, 21 lock the lower surface of the rectangular cross section part of a block with claws 12, 22 to lift a concrete block 100. A crank 3 relatively moves a lifting beam 10 and a moving beam 20 in the axial direction. A guide arm 13 and a guide plate 23 hide the claws 12, 22 behind the guide arm 13 and the guide plate 23. Thus, the rectangular cross section is easily advanced or retreated.
