A flow control valve is provided to control exact flow rate by collecting fluid leak through a water leakage outlet of a slide control plate and a slope collecting plate of a lower supporting plate and discharging the fluid leak through a fluid outlet of the lower supporting plate. A flow control valve comprises: an upper support plate(2) equipped with a fluid inlet; a lower supporting plate(4) equipped with a fluid outlet; and a slide control plate(6) which is inserted and set up to slide between the upper support plate and the lower support plate. The slide control plate has a fluid passage hole and selectively opens and closes an fluid inlet of the upper support plate and an fluid outlet of the lower supporting plate. A concave groove is formed near the fluid outlet formed in the slide control plate. A plurality of water leakage outlets is formed inside the concave groove.
