FIELD: food products. ^ SUBSTANCE: canned food in question is made by cutting and freezing spring onion, cutting herring fillet. The said components are mixed at the oxygen-free conditions with acetic acid, sugar, table salt, calcium acetate and hot black pepper. The obtained mixture and vegetable oil are packed, vacuum-sealed and sterilised. Preserve digestibility is increased to 2.6105 in 1 cm3 of the product. ^ EFFECT: enhanced preserve digestibility. |
