WOVEN FABRIC OF POLYESTER COMPOSITE YARN AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester composite yarn woven fabric capable of providing a woven fabric with a soft feeling, a repulsive feeling and drape properties only by dyeing and finishing without carrying out alkali weight loss processing after forming a woven fabric or subjecting a woven fabric to alkali weight loss processing of low weight loss. SOLUTION: This polyester composite yarn woven fabric uses at least a part of a composite yarn group A of a polyester filament satisfying the following equations 1: SHD(A)<=-2%, 2: SHD(B): 0-5% and 3:|SHD(A)|>|SHD(B)|and a yarn group B [SHD(A) is a dry heat shrinkage percentage of the yarn group A at 160 deg.C and SHD(B) is a dry heat shrinkage percentage of the yarn B at 160 deg.C]. This method for producing the polyester composite yarn woven fabric comprises dyeing and finishing the polyester composite yarn without carrying out alkali weight loss processing after forming the woven fabric or after subjecting the woven fabric to alkali weight loss processing of 0.1-8% weight loss.
