<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lengthen the optical path length of a scanner and a photosensitive body while reducing the overall size by arranging a plurality of common electrodes for driving emission in a row on a chip where self-emission elements are formed in lines. SOLUTION: A recording data is formed by a host computer, or the like. An electric switch is turned on based on the recording data. OUT1, OUT2 signals are inputted to a driver array in order to turn on the electric switch selectively. Transparent electrodes 101a and 102a, 101b and 102b in a same chip are connected through signal lines 105a, 105b and connected with a power supply when the electric switch is turned on. Since metal electrodes 103, 104 are separated, a current flows to only one of them based on the OUT1, OUT2 signals.</p> |
