PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately grasp a progress situation in each production step related to a plurality of production equipment disposed on one line. SOLUTION: A line plan information making section 10 makes a line plan by tying pipe manufacturing plan related to a proper manufactured pipe number included in a head manufactured pipe group in a plurality of manufactured pipe groups stored in a lower process plan storage section 4 with forging plan information related to a billet number corresponding to a manufactured pipe number in a plurality of billet numbers stored in an upper process plan storage section 3. A progress information making section 11 selects the line plan information, reads a forging plan and a pipe manufacturing plan tied together by the line plan information, reads a forging achievement and a pipe manufacturing achievement corresponding to these plans and, by corresponding the read forging plan, pipe manufacturing plan, forging achievement and pipe manufacturing achievement to one another, makes a progress plan related to a manufactured pipe number in each production process connected to another by a carrier line. |
