摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the interest of a player with respect to a game until the finish of the game by varying the setting position of an effective line displaying a symbol mark and deciding the setting position by drawing lots. SOLUTION: The start lever 5 of a slot machine is operated to rotate a reel and data on a symbol mark is read out from a ROM. Symbol marks observed from windows 3L, 3C and 3R are decided by drawing lots when the reel is stopped. Next, effective line data is read from the ROM, a line corresponding to a lamp to be lighted in the game is decided by random drawing to obtain lighting deciding data and data on a line corresponding to the lamp to be lighted by the data is calculated. Finally, the reel is stopped based on symbol mark data to be stopped actually and the lamp corresponding to the calculated effective line is lighted.
