METHOD FOR ROUGHENING SURFACE OF THERMOPLASTIC RESIN SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a small quantity of a surface roughened thermoplastic resin sheet, to enable multikind and small-quantity production and to make a delamination phenomenon hard to generate even when a thermoplastic resin sheet is repeatedly used. SOLUTION: In a method for roughening the surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet A by superposing a thermoplastic resin seet B having at least one roughened surface on a thermoplastic resin sheet A so that the roughened surface of the sheet B comes into contact with the surface of the sheet A to press the sheets A, B under heating and subsequently removing the sheet B to transfer the roughened surface shape of the sheet B to the surface of the sheet A, the sheet B is a biaxlally stretched polyethylene phthalate sheet wherein a value of a degree of crystallization X (unit %) represented by the formula: X (degree of crystallization)=ρc (ρ-ρa /ρ(ρc -ρa )}×100 (whereinρis the density of a resin forming the biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate sheet; andρa andρc are each the densities of the amorphous part and crystalline part of the resin) is above 51% but below 73%.
