PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a re-dispersibility of a solid for forming a hard cake layer by forming at least one agitator of a different size, increasing total sum of maximum diameters of the agitators having the different sizes larger than a diameter of an ink tank, and bringing agitators into contact with each other. SOLUTION: Large and small agitators 7a, 7b are formed in a most dense state in a rear shaft 1 to minimize a gap formed therebetween. The agitators 7a, 7b are formed by Ni-Cr plating iron spheres of the same material. Naturally, the larger agitator 7a is heavier, its impact force at the time of colliding is larger. Even if part of the small agitator 7b is embedded in a hard cake layer of the ink, the agitator 7b is drawn out from the cake layer by a collision force of the agitator 7a. The cake layer is damaged by the impact giving force of the agitator 7a to re-disperse a solid blend in the ink for forming the cake layer. |
