PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide noodles having a shape different from the linear shape of conventional noodles or buckwheat noodles and capable of being eaten by a foreigner with a fork or by a child in a state enhancing his dream, imagination and enjoyment. SOLUTION: This device for producing ring noodles or ring-deformed noodles has a noodle mold comprising endless ring type noodle base shapes which are, if necessary, each partially deformed into a shape of a letter (character), an animal picture, a car, a car picture, a person picture, painting, a landscape, a comic illustration, a part of daily necessaries, etc. A meal of noodles are prepared by putting the cutting blades of a mold 2 on a meal amount of plate noodles comprising triply or quadruply piled plate noodles, and subsequently adding a pressure to a main body 1 to cut the plate noodles between the cutting blades of the mold 2, thus producing the ring noodles or ring-deformed noodles in noodle-receiving portions 2-1. The noodles formed into the patterns of the molds 2, 2 and received in the noodle-receiving portions 2-1 are extruded with air pressure obtained by the ON-OFF operation of the lever 4 of an air intake 3. |
