PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall member strong against vibration and swing caused by running. SOLUTION: A heat insulating wall member 50 is formed from a vacuum heal insulating material 60 and a block having heat insulating property in which the vacuum heat insulating material 60 is accommodated. The block is configured with a first block member 70A having an accommodation part 71A to accommodate the vacuum heat insulating material 60 and a second block member 70B having an accommodation part 71B to accommodate the vacuum heat insulating material 60. A notch 75 in the wall part is furnished at each corner of the accommodation part 71A of the first block 70A and the accommodation part 71B of the second block 70B, and the vacuum heat insulating material 60 is held pinchedly by the first block member 70A and second block member 70B in such a condition that the wrinkled part 615 of the vacuum heat insulating material 60 is located at the notch 75.
