An agricultural mulching sheet structure is to provide water pockets in 4 rows in order to facilitate irrigation and prevent a mulching sheet from fluttering. An agricultural mulching sheet structure(100) comprises folded water pockets in 4 rows. The folded water pockets are 5-10cm in width respectively. Each row is heated by a high frequency thermal fusion machine to form a first, second, third and fourth water pockets(20a,20b,20c,20d). The both ends of the each water pocket are thermal fusion portions(21). Permeation holes are punched on the bottom sheet of the each water pocket at regular interval. Planting holes(10) are punched on the sheet in between the water pockets at regular interval. The planting holes have cutting lines(10a) in a radial direction.
