摘要 <p>The multi-system machining tool is for machining one of a plurality of predetermined workpieces with predetermined machining steps using predetermined machining systems. The device comprises; an in-system machining step priority order deciding unit 31 selecting an in-system priority order corresponding to each of the predetermined machining steps on the basis of at least machining step information PA (defining a machining step kind and a machining specification for each of the predetermined machining steps), and in-system machining step priority order rule information PB (defining the in-system priority order for the machining step kind of each of the predetermined machining steps); an in-system machining order deciding unit 32 selecting an in-system machining order for machining steps handled by a predetermined machining system, on the basis of the in-system priority order PC decided by the in-system machining step priority order deciding unit, first machining order rule information PD (defining a preferred machining step if there are a plurality of machining steps having the same in-system priority order), and working system information PE (defining machining systems for actually working on the predetermined machining steps); an inter-system machining step priority order deciding unit 33 selecting an inter-system priority order corresponding to each of the predetermined machining steps on the basis of the machining step information PA and inter-system machining step priority order rule information PG (defining the inter-system priority order for the machining step kind of each of the predetermined machining steps); a machining mode deciding unit 34 for selecting a machining mode corresponding to each of the predetermined machining steps on the basis of machining mode rule information Pi (defining the machining mode for the machining step kind of each of the predetermined machining steps); a machining time calculating unit 35 for calculating a machining time for each of the predetermined machining steps on the basis of the machining step information; and an inter-system waiting order deciding unit 36 for selecting a waiting order between machining steps handled by different machining systems on the basis of the machining step information PA, the working system information, the inter-system machining step priority order information PH, the machining time decided by the machining time calculating unit 35, and second machining order rule information PL (defining a preferred machining step if there are plural machining steps having the same inter-system priority order).</p>
