1. A massage apparatus for applying pressure to a body part of a user, the massage apparatus comprising:
a handle section configured to be positioned on a first side of the body part, the handle section comprising a free end and an attached end; a transverse section configured to extend from the first side of the body part to a second side of the body part, the transverse section comprising a first end positionable on the first side of the body part and a second end positionable on the second side of the body part, wherein the first end of the transverse section is coupled to the attached end of the handle section; and a pressure point section configured to apply pressure to the body part, the pressure point section comprising a distal end and an inward tip, wherein the distal end of the pressure point section is coupled to the second end of the transverse section and the inward tip is engageable on the body part. |
