The instrument comprises a body (C) with an inner cavity and open ends fitted with a removable nozzle (E) and a compression/decompresson chamber. The body is equipped with an internal suction valve (52) which allows air to flow in one direction only, and an external outlet valve (51), located between the suction valve and second open end of the body to allow an outward flow of air only.
