摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a precise design value with a limited number of times of calculation by using a genetic algorithm to determine design parameters. SOLUTION: First, the overall shape of a metal mold is initially designed to determine design parameters (#10). An objective function to evaluate the simultaneous fillability and its reference value are determined (#20). Chromosomes are generated for the number of individuals (#30). Design parameters are selected from the chromosomes and are given (#40). A flow analysis is performed to evaluate the simultaneous fillability (#50). For the metal mold having the overall shape determined by the processing in #10, the design parameters given by the processing in #40 are substituted to perform a flow analysis, thereby obtain difference in the arrival times of resin among four points of the body of the product by simulation. Stages #40 and #50 are repeatedly executed for all individuals (#60). Chromosomes having a high adaptability are left by the genetic algorithm (#70 to #90).
