PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting member capable of realizing a practical and revolutionary on-vehicle solar battery mounting structure in which a solar battery can be mounted onto the outside surface of a vehicle later on whenever necessary without performing a special process to the side of the vehicle, the mounting can be performed much easily and speedily, and wind noise can be decreased. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle solar battery mounting member which is attached in a state protruding toward the outside of an end edge 1A of a solar battery 1 on the end edge 1A of the plate-shaped solar battery 1 to be mounted on the outside surface of a vehicle, and placed in a grounding state on the outside surface of the vehicle wherein a connecting portion 5 connected to an end edge 1A of a plate-shaped solar battery is provided in the portion thereof, a band-shaped member 4 protruding toward the outside of the end edge 1A of the plate-shaped solar batter is integrally formed on the outside portion thereof, an bending notched portion 9 is formed on the band- shaped member 4, and the band-shaped member 4 is bent using the bending notched portion 9, so that the on-vehicle solar battery mounting member can be attached to at least a plurality of sides of the end edge 1A of the solar battery in a continuous state in such a manner that a corner portion 1B of the end edge 1A of the solar battery is fit to the bending notched portion 9. |
