<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment method of a shaver blade, with which a slit piece in almost U-shaped shaver blade is formed to have sufficiently high hardness, and both side pieces of the shaver blade can provide sufficient toughness. SOLUTION: The shaver blade material is formed by working a metallic thin plate into the almost U-shaped plate in the cross section provided with the slit piece 1 having the slits 1a for shaving whiskers, and side parts 2, 2 uprighted at both edge sides of this slit piece 1. Then, the portion of the slit piece 1 is heated in the holding state by inserting both side pieces of the shaver blade material into interval fixing grooves 3a of a holding tool 3, and thereafter a quenching treatment is applied.</p> |
