Grating system with frame having through passage for air flow

The system has a frame (5) upon which a grating can be fixed. A connecting piece (4) can be fixed to the frame that supports a sleeve (8) connectable to the air duct. The through passage (12) in the frame and the periphery of the connecting piece have a complementary shape so that they fit tightly on each other. The frame has notches which issue into the through passage and the connecting piece has projections which snap-engage into the notches.
