摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bellows from being damaged due to vibration and to prevent a heat insulating material from being damaged or cut when the bellows vibrates by forming the bellows by only one mountain part without a valley part, providing a second heat insulating material between a first heat insulating material and the bellows and disposing the mountain part so as to come into non-contact with each heat insulating material. SOLUTION: A bellows 6 connecting main flanges 4a, 5a of pipes 4, 5 is constituted of only one mountain part 6c and both the ends 6a, 6b are fixed to each main body flange 4a, 5a. The mountain part 6c is strongly connected by a leakage prevention cover 12. At the inside location of the bellows 6, a first cylindrical heat insulating material 13 is provided and is held by holding pieces 20, 21. At the inside, a baffle 14 for rectifying fluid is provided. Between the bellows 6 and the first heat insulating material 13, a second cylindrical heat insulating material 30 is provided. Since the mountain part 6c is only one, a folding angle of the bellows 6 due to amplitude of vibration is small and the damage of the mountain part 6c can be prevented.</p>
