PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize code transfer by realizing an analysis system including a test element with an edge profile, its transportation device, and a sealable storage container. SOLUTION: A test element storage container includes a housing 11 and a flap 12 that can be opened and closed, and the flap 12 is folded back in an open state. a guide pilot 13 with a test element 7 and a code is exposed, and a measuring device is inserted into a gap that is formed between the test element 7 and a guide pilot 13 by a spacer 14 for drawing the test element 7. Two guide grooves face the test element 7 and the guide pilot 13, respectively. When the measuring device is to be taken out of the storage container, a code on the guide pilot 13 is read by a code-reading device in a corresponding guide groove. A sample is transported to a detection site 9 for example by the capillarity, and a measurement result such as a color change according to the type and the amount of an analyzed materials being obtained by a detection reaction is displayed and stored.
