PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in performance such as sound absorbing performance of a fiber laminate molding by laminating a skin layer made of an organic fiber nonwoven fabric having a specific value or more of an apparent density and a specific value or less of a gap between fibers on a core material layer made of an organic fiber nonwoven fabric having a specific value of an apparent density, thereby preventing an invasion of a water. SOLUTION: A skin layer 2 made of an organic fiber nonwoven fabric having an apparent density of 0.05 g/ cm<3> or more and a gap between fibers of 200μm or less is laminated on one side surface of a core material layer l made of an organic fiber nonwoven fabric having an apparent density of 0.01 g/cm<3> or more and a fiber size of 15 denier or less via an adhesive 3 to form the fiber laminate molding. Here, the layer 1 is manufactured by blending 35% of a polyester flow melting point fiber with 65% of a polyester fiber, opening the fibers, forming it in a sheet, then heat treating to fusion bond fibers of a web. As the adhesive 3, a web containing 60 to l00 wt.% of a polyester fiber having a melting point of 200 to 250 deg.C is suitably used.
