MULTIPLE EXTRUSION HEAD FOR PREPARING MOLDING MATERIAL ESPECIALLY FOR MANUFACTURING TIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple extrusion head wherein locking of two head parts is unnecessary, but it is possible to easily clean and to rapidly change installation corresponding with various extension conditions in flow paths in the heads. SOLUTION: A multiple extrusion head for preparing a molding material especially for manufacturing a tire is provided with a head flange 3 arranged under fixed condition. A plurality of extruders 5 are connected with the head flange. The extrusion head are furthermore provided with a closed head 2 with flow paths 9, a cassette 10 and a molding tool 11. The head is arranged in such a way that it can be fixed by clamping to the head flange 3 and it can be pivoted so as to be separated from the head flange 3. The closed head 2 has a storing part 7 being opened toward the head flange 3 and at least one open flow path insert 8 is removably arranged in the storing part 7.
