PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for assisting in quantitatively evaluating a purchase preference type of a customer and designing a purchase preference type having a high degree of matching with an actual product purchase history.SOLUTION: A customer analysis device 300 calculates a degree of matching showing how a correspondence relation between a purchase preference type of a customer and a product group is matched, on the basis of a product purchase history of the customer, and evaluates the purchase preference type on the basis of the result of the calculation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
