摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attract a magnetic body in a short time and nearly completely and to improve measurement accuracy by providing a magnetic body on the outer-periphery surface of a pipet chip provided at the liquid suction line of a dispensing machine and attracting or eliminating the magnetic body. SOLUTION: With a pipet chip P, a middle-diameter part 11 and a large-diameter part 12 are successively formed in a three-stage shape on the thinnest part 10 inserted into a specimen reaction container 1, and a magnet M for attracting a reaction insoluble magnetic body 2 is provided detachably on the outer-periphery surface of a middle- diameter part 11. Then, the pipet chip P sucks the specimen that is roughly dispensed into a liquid storage part in a specific amount, and conducts quantitative determination and then repeatedly sucks and discharges the mixed liquid of the reaction insoluble magnetic body liquid and the specimen in other liquid storage parts. The magnetic body 2 suspended is collected on the inner wall surface of the middle-diameter part 11 by the magnetic force of the magnet M provided outside the pipet chip P. Further, the pipet chip P is fed to a next liquid storage part and the magnet M is eliminated, and a washing liquid is sucked, then the attraction state of the magnetic body is released and the whole magnetic body 2 is efficiently washed.
