PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate all the assembly processes of a feeding mechanism, and to improve productivity of a vehicle light by standardizing paths of wires, and by simplifying the process only by plugging the wires into clampers to fix them, further by doing away with attaching cords to sockets. SOLUTION: This feeding mechanism 1 of a vehicle light 10 is constituted by attaching contact pieces 2a to sockets 2, and by integrally forming clampers 3 for clamping wires 4 on the rear of a housing 11 so as to suit for wiring them from positions corresponding to the contact pieces 2a of the sockets 2 to a coupler 5, further by clamping the wires 4 by the clampers 3. Thus, the paths of the wires 4 can be formalized, the process is simplified only by plugging the wires 4 into the clampers 3 to fix them, attaching of cords to sockets 2 and dealing with the cords are done away with, then full automation can be realized. |
