PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film or a sheet without unevenness in mixing, excellent transparency, and heat seal strength and good workability. SOLUTION: The extrusion-molded body is selected from a group consisting of films and sheets prepd. of resin compsn. contg. the following ingredients A and B. The ingredient A: 50-99 wt.% ethylenic resin. The ingredient B: 1-50 wt.% copolymer of ethylen and a 4-40Cα-olefin with properties of (a)-(d). (a) the density (D) is 0.86-0.935 g/cm<3> ; (b) the melt flow rate(MFR) is 1-50 g/10 min; (c) amt. of elution by temp. raising elution fractionation(TREF) (wherein Y is wt.% to the whole amt. of the ingredient B) satisfies the following conditions, but at the time when the density (D) is at least 0.91 g/cm<3> , Y<=10 and when the density (D) is less than 0.91 g/cm<3> , Y<=-4500D+4105 (provided Y<=100). |
