PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain convenience by reporting the reason to a communicating party, when speaking is interrupted or disconnected by a factor on the side of a mobile station in the communication of a mobile object. SOLUTION: An exchange is provided with a function for sending a message showing a communication state to the side of call incoming, when the side of call origination is a mobile station. At the start or speaking in the case of call incoming from the mobile station, the call incoming from the mobile station is notified to the side of call incoming (S5). While the mobile station switches a speech channel, the mobile station of a party reports such a state under speech channel switching to a communicating party (S11). When the mobile station is failed in speech channel switching, it is reported to the communicating party to the effect that the mobile station of the party has failed in speech channel switching and disconnects speaking (S14). When the mobile station moves out of the service area, it is notified to the communicating party that the speaking has been disconnected due to the mobile station of the part moving out of the service area (S17).
