摘要 A process and arrangement are disclosed for building thermal-bridge-free and statically bearing roof and wall systems composed of modular elements. To lower house building and operating costs, inexpensive, large-surface, prefabricated building elements are required with a high insulation standard, low organisation requirements and short construction time. Individual form preferences and particular logistical expenditures stand in the way of series production. The new insulating system enables the industrial prefabrication of simple and small component parts with few base elements, such as reinforcement insulating elements (1), reinforcing elements (3) and horizontal thrust elements (4). The interchangeable and combinable base element variations make it possible to produce insulating systems of various designs which also meet static and physical building requirements. The use of an expanded traction-pressure zone provides a largely thermal-bridge-free construction with a low amount of material. This composite building system also allows all building contractors operating in the field to use inexpensive prefabricated parts for highly heat-insulated roof and wall elements in an individual manner and without excessive planning. Figure 1 shows an example of a roof system with the essential base elements and their arrangement.
