<p>A foldable flat sheet (10) includes eyeglasses (16) formed therein and which may be folded to construct a container, such as a rectangular-shaped sleeve. The foldable flat sheet (10) is constructed with fold lines (14, 15), the point where the temple bars (18, 19) of the eyeglasses (16) join the eye aperture portion (17) being positioned at these fold lines (14, 15) to allow the eyeglasses (16) to be easily fitted to the wear's face upon removal from the container.
