A device for controlling level of a liquid or liquefied gas medium contained into a bottle and for driving a pump for its delivery is described, said device being substantially comprised of an assembly composed by a detecting element or means (30;30'), a transmitting element or means (50;50') and a receiving element or means (80;80'). Further a proper battery charger means (100) is provided, said means (100) being able to recharge the transmitting means (30') battery. In particular, the inventive device can stop the liquefied gas medium delivery when it has reached the selected maximum level into the bottle.
