The emergency hammer (3) comprises a shaft to which is fixed a hammer head, supported by a holding device (1) which for its part is fixable to a connecting wall. Connecting the hammer (3) with the holding device is an anti-theft device in the form of a cord (4) which does not hinder the intended use of the hammer and which has a structure protecting it against tearing or separation. The cord has a steel wire core encased in plastics and the holding device has a cord winding drum which has a spring drawing mechanism. An acoustic signal bell is coupled to the winding drum. |
