Under the above-mentioned condition, each scheduler 71j, 71k, and 71m reads out an address from the address management buffer indicated by the quality class number in each time slot and makes scheduling so as to read out the ATM cell from the common buffer indicated by the address and send the cell to an output link.</p> |
