PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte fuel cell capable of eliminating the combustion region on the side of a cell opening part and effectively reducing thermal stress acting on the cell opening part. SOLUTION: A solid electrolyte fuel cell is formed by forming a combustion chamber B and a reaction chamber C by partitioning a reaction container 51 with a combustion chamber partitioning plate 63, and inserting and fixing a plurality of cylindrical cells 52 with bottom of a solid electrolyte fuel cell into a plurality of cell inserting holes formed in the combustion chamber partitioning plate 63 so that the opening part projects to the combustion chamber B side from the combustion chamber partitioning plate 63, and an excess fuel gas jetting tube 83 which projects in higher directions than the opening part 65 of the cell 52 of the solid electrolyte fuel cell is formed in an excess fuel gas jetting hole of the combustion chamber partitioning plate 63. |
