The invention refers to a vertical shaft wind turbine, designed to transform the energy of air currents by means of a stator, which allows the amplification of the speed of air currents and their precise guiding towards the blades of the rotor. According to the invention, the wind turbine is made up of an annular screen (2) with parabolic section, which slides on a support structure (3), in which an annular-shaped stator (4) with a V cross-section is fixed. This has some air current separators (5) that enable the guiding and amplification of the air currents around a rotor (8).
