The plugging system (1) includes a base (2) comprising a first part (4) having a base wall (6) for sealing the container opening. A second part (5) has an externally threaded neck (10) and a rigid part fixing to the container. A plug (3) comprises a lateral skirt (14), threaded on its internal surface so as to engage the neck and screw or unscrew the plug on the base. The lateral skirt is connected to a transverse wall (15) comprising perforating and cutting means (16) intended to cut the base wall.
