PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material integrated solar battery panel capable of facilitating installing work by obviating a stand and capable of cooling a solar battery by forming a flow of air on the reverse side of the solar battery. SOLUTION: This building material integrated solar battery panel has a metallic fire resistant support plate 1, a solar battery panel 2 arranged by having a void on this fire resistant support plate 1 and an intermediate frame member 3 which is arranged between the fire resistant support plate 1 and the solar battery panel 2 and has a shape of overhanging in an eaves shape to the outside from the periphery of the solar battery panel 2. Air is taken in from a first air vent 1f formed in the fire resistant support plate 1 and a second air vent 2c formed in a peripheral frame body 2b of the solar battery panel 2. This air is exhausted from a third air vent formed in the peripheral frame body 2b of the solar battery panel 2 through a void between the fire resistant support plate 1 and the solar battery panel 2.
