PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform switching of driving power to the paper feed system and the ink system stably by moving a carriage. SOLUTION: By means of a capping slider 35 being displaced when a carriage is moved to a home position, a switching gear 30 is meshed with any one at two sector gears in a step sector cam gear 20 to turn the sector gear forward or reversely. A disengage gear 40 is displaced in the axial direction by a pointed cam 24 provided on the step sector cam gear 20 to transmit driving force to any one of the intermediate gear 50 in the paper feed system or the intermediate gear 60 in the ink system. |
