Liquid inflammation therapy, analgesic, muscle relaxant, anaesthesia or sedative preparation comprises lipophilic inert gas. The gas is preferably xenon, preferably present at 0.2-10 (especially 1-5) ml/ml. The preparation further comprises a perfluorocarbon emulsion or an oil emulsion, preferably an oil-in-water emulsion or dispersion, especially having a liquid phase in the form of liposomes. The preparation further comprises additional pharmacological agents in solution form (especially an iv anaesthetic, analgesic, sedative or muscle relaxant, especially 2,6-diisopropylphenol, ethodimate or a derivative, fentanyl or alfentanyl). |
