<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining device equipped with an optical axis adjusting means that improves precision in optical axis adjustment. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a target holder 21A, 21B for holding freely attachably/detachably cross-hair lines for optical axis adjustment, each in the back of the front mirror and in the front of the rear mirror, at least two mutually adjacent mirrors among plural mirrors 11-13 and an optical device 14. Each target holder has an opening through which a laser beam can pass, with the cross-hair lines made freely attachable to and detachable from this opening.</p> |
