PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give reinforcement to a case while eliminating difference in level produced at the inner bottom of the case by inner flaps by a method wherein the inside of the case is divided into six sections with a single sheet that is bent along creases and incisions. SOLUTION: Creases formed in parallel crosses on a rectangular sheet S made of corrugated board, and slits or incisions are formed on the creases. Furthermore, a middle crease is formed at the center of a partition wall 2, and creases or incisions are formed in stairslike shape at partition walls 1. With the partition wall 2 bent with the middle crease facing outward, with each of the partition wall 1 bent with the creases or the incisions facing inward and with partition walls 3, 3 on both sides raised up at 90 deg., the partition walls 1 and 2 are formed in a double wall, overlapping with each other, and projected in the perpendicular direction. Since the partition walls 1 and 3 are arranged with the longitudinal scale of the corrugated board oriented in the direction of depth of a packaging case, pressure-resistant strength is heightened for the case while partition walls 4 being made serviceable for eliminating difference in level at the bottom face of the packaging case. |
