PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger equipped with two pipe arrays that can be obtained by mechanical assembly operation without brazing. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is provided with two pipe arrays 12, 16 through which fluid for each flows, and a supporting plate 10 that is shared by the two arrays 12, 16. The supporting plate 10 has a first portion 30 provided with a hole 28 to work as a header for the first array 12, and a second portion 46 provided with an opening 44 to receive a pipe 18 of the second array 16 with a bent connector 38 in a force fit manner. In an embodiment, engine cooling fluid passes through the array 12 and coolant fluid for an air harmonizing circuit passes through the other array 16.
