FACILITY FOR PRODUCING COMPOST OF ORGANIC MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION OF COMPOST FROM ORGANIC MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out the fermentation and decomposition treatment of various organic materials and convert the various organic materials into a compost by installing a mechanism of a fermentation promoting air supply system, a mechanism of a deodorizing and air supply system, a fermentation promoting ventilation mechanism, a moisture regulation mechanism and a turning and transferring device in a fermenter having the opened top surface and housing a material to be treated by fermentation and an operating room in a building of a company for the fermenter. SOLUTION: This facility for producing a compost is equipped with each fermenter 2 developed long according to the advance of fermentation as the center and double air supply systems of a mechanism 4 of a fermentation promoting air supply system and a mechanism 5 of a deodorizing and air supply system for supplying air from the bottom and performing the control. Furthermore, two kinds of controlling mechanisms of a fermentation promoting ventilation mechanism 6 and a moisture regulation mechanism 7 are installed from the top surface of the fermenter 2. A turning and transferring device 8 for stirring the interior of the fermenter 2 and transferring a material to be treated by fermentation is further installed. That is, fermenting and decomposing actions can be controlled by the five kinds of the controlling means as much as possible. The two air supply systems 4 and 5 are especially capable of supplying abundant air required for the fermentation.
