PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primary contral device of electric type. SOLUTION: The present invention comprises at least one vibratory type motor 1 and a control device 5, and the motor 1 is installed in seies at least to a second motor 2. The second motor 2 consists of a direct type piezo actuator, electrostriction actuator, or magnetostriction actuator, whereby the control device operates one or both of the motors so that the second motor drives the control wing surface provided for stabilizing the airplane while the vibration involves a greater amplitude. |
