PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Mn-Zn ferrite having high magnetic permeability with improved initial permeability especially in a high-frequency region of 100-500 kHz. SOLUTION: This ferrite contains 50.0-55.0 mol.% of Fe2 O3 , 15.0-25.0 mol.% of ZnO and the remaining part of manganese oxide as main components and further contains 0.005-0.06 wt.% of Bi2 O3 , 0.005-0.04 wt.% of Nb2 O5 , 0.01-0.20 wt.% of ZrO2 , 0.003-0.04 wt.% of CaO and 0.002-0.015 wt.% of SiO2 as subsidiary components. |
