FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has bed frame with guides on which carriage with knife is installed for movement. Stationary carriage with knife and movable carriage hydraulic drive are mounted on bed frame. Hydraulic drive is connected to fluid medium pressure source. Movable carriage hydraulic drive is made in form of flexible chamber located in space with inclined walls formed by cavities in bed frame cross member and movable carriage pointed to each other and symmetrical relative to their joint plane. Joint is overlapped by trapezoidal section wedge-shaped inserts. Larger base of each insert is pointed to flexible chamber. Insert engages through inclined side faces with side walls of space, and through parallel end face, with inner faces of guides. Angle of wedge-type inserts is not less than 90 deg.
